Office gyms are also becoming less surprising. If the company has enough space, either inside the office or on a terrace, a fitness area can be a strong benefit. For employees, it saves time and money. They can train before work, after work or during a longer break. They do not need to drive to another location or pay for another membership.

Solve the noise problem

Add benefits that make (office) life easier
There are also many smaller benefits that can make the office more attractive. Lunches for employees, healthy snacks, language lessons during or partly during working hours, massage sessions, yoga classes, after-work events or workshops can all make a difference. The goal is not to overload the office with entertainment. The goal is to make the workday easier and more complete.
If employees can go to the office, work effectively, eat well, meet people, learn something, relax, train or join an activity after work, the office becomes more than a place for eight hours of tasks. It becomes part of a better daily routine.
The office has to earn the visit
