Project Manager
As a TENGO Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management services for office fit out project to an assigned clients in Cyprus (Limassol and Paphos). This is not a remote role. What you'll do: • Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. • Interface directly with clients and suppliers to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. • Define the project delivery resources.
