What is required:
  • Cooperation with clients and contractors at every stage of the design process.
  • Preparing comprehensive interior designs.
  • Developing interior design concepts.
  • Creating design documentation.
  • Providing author's supervision for ongoing projects.

Requirements:
  • Specialized education.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the interior design process.
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Project Manager
As a TENGO Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management services for office fit out project to an assigned clients in Cyprus (Limassol and Paphos).
This is not a remote role.

What you'll do:
Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects.
This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Interface directly with clients and suppliers to prepare all elements of the project.
This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources for procurement.
Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline and ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved.
Facilitate regular meetings to review project status.
Facilitate regular site visits to check and control the fit our works status.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing project objectives.

What you'll need:
3-5 years of proven experience. Bachelors degree in construction sphere is recomended.
A solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry in the areas of financial analysis, project management, construction, ethical practices, business operations.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project). Knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit is highly preferable.
Expert interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
