A space we loved creating — and the world noticed. Our IPONWEB project featured on Office Snapshots
We’re incredibly excited to share that one of our recent projects — the new offices for IPONWEB in Limassol — has been featured on Office Snapshots. It is one of the world’s leading platforms for inspiring workplace design. For us, this is a big deal. It’s not just about the recognition (though of course, that feels great!) — it’s about seeing our work out there, among other bold, creative spaces that are shaping how people work today. The IPONWEB office in Cyprus is a friendly place to work that stimulates creativity and encourages cooperation.

IPONWEB office — Limassol, project by Tengo

Every project we take on at Tengo is a bit of a journey. No two clients are the same — and that’s exactly how we like it. For us, good interior design always starts with a conversation. We want to understand how people move through a space, how they work, how they think. And what they need to feel comfortable and focused. This is especially true for office interiors. It’s never just about furniture and color palettes — it’s about how the space supports the people in it.
When we began working with IPONWEB, a company specializing in real-time advertising technology, we knew that the office had to be both elegant and functional, but also flexible and full of character. The brief was clear: minimalist aesthetics, comfortable solutions, and a hint of New York subway-inspired style. But the rest was up to us.

We have created a friendly workplace in Limassol

We worked closely with the client to understand the daily habits of the team, as well as the needs of clients and guests visiting the space. The office covers about 400 m², and within that, we aimed to create a smart layout with distinct zones: quiet workstations, places for collaboration, areas for rest, and flexible meeting spots.
One of the standout elements of the space is definitely the Framery acoustic booths. We love them! They’re essentially mobile micro-meeting rooms — perfect for phone calls, one-on-one conversations, or focused solo work. The acoustics are excellent, and the best part is they can be moved and adapted as needed. In our experience, people often use them more than traditional small conference rooms. They offer that much-needed escape from the noise of open space offices — something every team can appreciate.
Another aspect that makes this office feel alive is the use of natural materials and greenery. We wanted to balance the minimalist look with some warmth and texture — think wood finishes, soft textiles, inviting lighting, and green accents that bring a calming, human touch to the space. And yes, there’s also a proper kitchen and dining area, with enough room to relax, grab a snack or coffee, and recharge in between meetings.

What made this project special for us is how everything came together so naturally. From the custom lighting that solved the challenge of low ceilings, to the small pops of red color that add personality without overwhelming the calm, neutral palette.
At Tengo, we believe that office spaces should look good, feel good, and work well — all at the same time. Seeing this vision reflected in the final result (and now shared with the world through Office Snapshots!) is incredibly rewarding.
Big thanks to the amazing team at IPONWEB for trusting us with their space — and to Office Snapshots for featuring our work.
