Framery Subscribed pods are delivered and installed by our team. Some Subscribed pods may have had a previous life in another office. We ensure that every pod is fully refurbished and brought back to like-new condition.

We guarantee that your Framery pod will remain in excellent condition your entire subscription.
Pod Relocation
Moving to a new office in the same city? We’ll take care of moving and installing the pod in your new space. Note that only Framery can relocate Subscribed pods. Relocation services are available for an additional fee.
Framery Workplace Technology
Framery Subscribed pods gives you access to the entire Framery Workplace Technology suite – including Framery Connect, Framery App, and the Framery Office Sound Masking System.

Invoicing
Order is paid via invoice and invoicing is done in three month periods.

Delivery
Delivery times range between 8-10 weeks - depending on delivery destination. All pods are assembled by Framery installation professionals. Products arrive in packaging that can be disassembled by the installation crew to fit through narrow corridors or tight spaces.

Subscription period
Subscription agreement operates on a 3-month period - renewing automatically at the end of every period until the service agreement is terminated by the customer.

Termination
There is a 3-month notice period for the termination of the subscription - and the subscription lasts until the end of the next invoicing cycle. Depending on the timing of the termination notice, the commitment may continue for another 3 months. There are no additional service or pick-up fees when terminating your subscription.
